“ There was one server for the whole bar but she was very friendly and efficient. We tried the special, two Wabash, a medium 3 topping pizza and 2 sodas for 20. Insanely good deal. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Will be back again if we are in the area. ”
“ Vintage tavern serving great food for decades. Their original pizza was top notch back in the day. My party ordered the Brothers Three-style pizza instead and several Wabashes. My brother and I called ahead for a pick-up order and bellied up to the bar for a few drinks while we waited. Friendly service, very well priced refreshing adult beverages, and an interior that hasn’t changed in ages. Thank you for keeping that magic alive. Don’t come here for pretentious ingredients or free-range pepperoni. Come here to be nourished. The deluxe pizza was done well in that “cut in square” pizza sort of way. Much to my delight there still is a serious layer of cheese that only a proper Midwest tavern can deliver. The denseness of each square hit that sweet spot in your stomach as your taste buds thanked you for finally feeding it something worth the wait. The Wabash is their house burger that comes with double patties, pat of butter, crunchy pickles, white raw onions (kiss me, you asshole), catsup, mustard, and a slice of cheese. The toasted bun still has that local bakery quality and ties it all together. Unfolding the white wrapper that transports it to you is that moment when the true gift is revealed. No angels singing but there should be. They have their own food and beer going on so you’re on your own for special effects. I need to order their original pizza next time I’m in town. It’s an experience on its own, but I can only keep face it’s ordering only one pizza at a time. ”

“ Eating here brought back nostalgic values, as my Aunt and Uncle took me here the night of Hailey's comet. Afterwards we watched the comet, or would go to the drive in movie theater. Now the pizza here is the same ad the o.g Brothers Three, bringing all sorts of delicious flavors from the past. The Wabash which is named over a low beam is just perfect as far ad a burger goes, butter, melted cheese, and a hard roll are the basics. They have 1919 on tap, great deals, the wife and I are making it part of our date night regular stops. ”
